The surgical dressing machine, model SPEEDEX AC-SU extremely flexible able to produce several types of adhesive dressing products using different materials.

The SPEEDEX AC-SU machine is able to manufacture surgical plasters in several formats with a centered gauze from 120 mm
to 500mm, with a centered gauze, reaching a mechanical speed
of 90 m/min and a envelop hot sealing speed of 10/30 m/min.

Furthermore, it’s flexibility and functionality will allow you to
produce in the future others plasters like, hydrocolloid,
Polyurethane Dressing, and first-aid adhesives with cold sealing; these are options that can be added and mounted later on in the same machine only our convenience.
