The Hydrocolloid plaster machine is manufactured using the SPEEDEX AC-SU model line, extremely flexible able to produce several types of dressing products using different materials.

The machine is able to produce plasters in Hydrocolloid in several formats reaching a mechanical speed of 90 m/min and a envelop hot sealing speed of 10/30 m/min. Furthermore, it’s flexibility and functionality will allow you to produce in the future others plasters like, Polyurethane Dressing,surgical Dressing, and first-aid adhesives with cold sealing; these are options that can be added and mounted later on in the same machine on your convenience.

The front plate and all the groups, as well as the mechanical components that are part of the machine, are treated with a corrosion-proof and scratch-proof treatment, the aluminium parts are anodized. Moreover, we use a PLC Siemens simotion S7, A.C drivers SIEMENS, Pneumatic FESTO PROFIBUS, and Photocell Sensor –OMRON or SICK (or others on your preference).

The machine is manufactured in conformity with EC standards and is supplied with user’s and maintenance manuals including diagrams for a optimal placement.
