The Confectioning and packaging line will handle several formats into boxes, the production speed  is in between a
minimum of 5 pieces and a maximum of 40 boxes per minute, including the robotic insertion.

The complete machine will be composed by:
. STORAGE
It is rechargeable in continuous without stopping the machine. On stock there are two photocells: the first to notice lack punched with light-signaling devices on indicator lamp above the car; the second of notice lack punched always with notice bright with indicator lamp that sends the machine in stopping  phase.
. PICK AND PLACE
It Has a mechanical movement in phase alone with the other machine movements . By means of suction cups operated from pumps Venturi draw the cut from the stock and the deposit over the shift plan.
. STRIP TRANSPORT
It has a mechanical movement in line alone with the other machine stages. A pusher craft move the cut from the storage zone to the head of forming area.
. GLUE APPLICATION ROBATECH
During the transfer from the deposit zone,  the head of forming area is sprayed with glue. The glue is applied through an glue applicator full of tubes and pistons. An electronic program  mounted on machine allows the related glue settings to be applied on the different formats.
MALE CONVEYOR GROUP
It has a mechanical movement in line with the other machine stages. The transports roll, on its way down the next phase makes a cut descent pushes  inside the forming head. Once it arrives at the lowest point, reverses the movement to start going up.
. ADJUSTABLE FORMING HEAD
This one transmit through cams and folding laminates, ALLOWING THE FORMING AND GLUEGING the boxes by hot-melt glue). The head is composed of female forming adjustable – supported by 19 male fixed gears and extractor formed boxes from the inner part of the head.
